Replacement Assurance Program Policy

At The #ipartywithjarret Collection, we stand by the quality and vitality of our plant genetics. We know things don’t always go as planned—so when the unexpected hits, we’re here to help.

What’s Covered: If your rooted cuttings arrive damaged or fail to establish due to circumstances outside your control (e.g., shipping delays, power outages, or environmental issues), you may be eligible for our Replacement Assurance Program.

Eligibility Window: You must notify us of any issue within 7-calendar days of receipt. After this window, we cannot guarantee replacements.

Replacement Terms: We’ll offer a one-time replacement of the same (or comparable) genetics at 50% off the original cost, not including shipping and handling.

To Qualify:

  • Email us @ info@nextbigcrop.com with:
    • Your original order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of affected plants and environment
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Replacements are subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for proper acclimatization and care upon arrival. See our Clone and Cutting Care Guide for best practices.
  • This program does not apply to plants that failed due to negligence, poor environmental conditions, or improper handling.
